Porter/Make-Ready Technician - Multifamily Community (San Antonio, TX)

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Porter / Make-Ready Technician to join our multifamily apartment community in San Antonio. This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the property while assisting with apartment turns and move-in preparations. Responsibilities Maintain the cleanliness of grounds, breezeways, parking areas, and common areas Pick up trash and debris throughout the community Clean and prepare vacant apartments for new residents Perform touch-up painting and minor repairs as needed Replace air filters, light bulbs, smoke detector batteries, and blinds Assist the maintenance team with general tasks and property projects Report safety hazards and maintenance concerns to management Qualifications Previous apartment, porter, janitorial, or make-ready experience preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation and attendance Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions Must pass a background check and drug screening Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Paid time off and holidays Supportive team environment If you take pride in keeping a community clean, attractive, and move-in ready, we’d love to hear from you! #J-18808-Ljbffr STONEWALL PROPERTY GROUP
