Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Group Therapy: Facilitate dynamic group sessions that encourage connection among clients, enabling them to share experiences, build useful coping strategies, and feel a sense of community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily involves working with young adults aged 18 to 30 who are navigating mental health challenges. Our facility provides Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) services that focus on evidence-based and holistic therapeutic approaches, tailored to meet the diverse needs of this age group. As an LPC, you will play a crucial role in empowering this population to overcome their difficulties and achieve lasting recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current and valid licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n
