Our client is a well-established specialist recruitment consultancy expanding into the United States with the launch of a brand-new office in Austin, Texas . They are looking to hire multiple experienced 360 Recruitment Consultants to support the growth of several specialist recruitment divisions.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing international business from the ground up, taking ownership of your own desk while contributing to the success of a newly established U.S. operation.

Based in the newly launched Austin, Texas office.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant .
• Strong business development experience, including winning new clients.
• Demonstrated success managing the full recruitment lifecycle from client acquisition through to placement.
• Experience recruiting within Engineering, Technical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Energy, Infrastructure, or related specialist markets is advantageous.
• Strong candidate sourcing, headhunting, and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Commercially driven with a proactive approach to business development.
• Motivated to contribute to the growth of a new office within an expanding international recruitment business.

What's on Offer

• Base salary of $60,000-$80,000 , depending on experience.
• Uncapped commission with earning potential of up to 40% .
