OPERATIONS & FINANCE LEAD

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations & Finance Lead to oversee daily operations, financial administration, and cross-functional coordination within our U.S. business. This role is critical to ensuring smooth order fulfilment, accurate financial handling, and effective collaboration between logistics partners, internal teams, and global headquarters. The Operations & Finance Lead serves as a central point of coordination between customer service, logistics providers, finance, sales, and international stakeholders—playing a key role in driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Operations Management - securing inventory management processes and close cooperation with warehouse and logistic partners (3PL providers) including staff responsibility for Operation & Finance teams (currently 5 employees). Customer Service & Order handling - securing order handling and communication with customers and supporting the sales organization. Financial & IT Operation - supporting accounts receivable and accounts payable porcesses and assisting with management reporting including ensuring accurate financial data entry and documentation in business ERP systems. Reporting & Process Improvement - analyzing and distributing operational and financial reports to identify and improve operationel inefficiencies including supporting continuous improvement initiatives across Operations & Finance. HR & Payroll Administration - supporting local administration to secure compliance and best practice payroll processing, HR services and benefits administration. Coordination with Headquarters - serving as key liason with global teams to ensure compliance on authority requirements (e.g. customs and taxes). Cross-Functional Collaboration - being the central communication hub to ensure alignment across Sales, Operations, Finance and external partners. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain or a related field 3–7 years of experience in operations, finance, supply chain or related roles Hands‑on experience with ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics AX or similar) Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders Preferred Qualifications Strong background in order management and inventory control Experience in working with third‑party logistics (3PL) providers Experience with negotiation of freight- and warehousing agreements Experience in coordinating with international or global teams Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities Excellent problem‑solving skills with strong attention to detail Ability to work effectively across functions and departments High level of ownership, accountability, and follow‑through Why Join Us You will enter a key role in building and optimizing U.S. operations working closely with international teams in a global organization.
