Desired Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathology
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) accepted
• Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric populations in educational environments
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to identify students’ speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and documentation as required by school and state guidelines
• Provide direct therapy to students individually and in small groups
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development activities
