Description:

• Assists Housing Specialists in facilitating clients with permanent housing and Case Managers with their assignments, including intake meetings; assists with conducting resident assessments and social services.
• Biopsychosocial and other relevant assessments for supportive housing for applicable clients.
• Psychotherapy for clients in need of services and coordinate clinical treatment.
• Supervise an LMSW.
• Caseload ratio maximum of 1:27.
• Ensures readiness for audits by DHS, OTDA, and other Governmental agencies.
• Performs any other job-related duties, as required by the Program Director.

Qualifications:

Education:

• LCSW.
• Relevant experience of three to five years or more with disenfranchised populations; supervisory experience preferred.

Skills:

• Computer literacy; familiarity with CARES is preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish desirable, not essential.

Salary Range: $50 per hour…two to three days per week.
