Compensation:

$60,000 - $80,000 at plan earnings

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their financial needs are met with tailored life insurance solutions.
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding a client base and contributing to the team's growth.
• Conduct comprehensive financial assessments to guide clients in selecting the most suitable life insurance products.
• Stay informed about industry trends and product innovations to provide clients with up-to-date advice and options.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies, fostering a supportive and innovative work environment.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues with professionalism and care.

Qualifications:

• Experience in life insurance sales or a related field, demonstrating your ability to connect with clients and understand their needs.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, showcasing your drive and commitment to success.
• Ability to conduct thorough financial assessments, guiding clients to make informed decisions about their life insurance options.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Familiarity with industry trends and product innovations, ensuring you provide clients with the most current advice and solutions.
• Proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities, contributing to the growth of the client base and the team.
