Content Marketing Specialist

Robert Half is seeking a Marketing Specialist for an exciting contract opportunity with a mission-driven educational organization. This individual will be responsible for creating and executing engaging multimedia marketing content across digital, social, print, and community communication channels. The ideal candidate brings strong content creation, social media, photography, videography, and design experience, along with excellent communication skills and a passion for storytelling. This role is fully onsite, 40 hours per week, and expected to last 2-4 months.Responsibilities:Create, edit, and publish compelling content across social media, newsletters, websites, email communications, and print materials.Capture and produce high-quality photography and video content showcasing community events, programs, student activities, and organizational initiatives.Manage and maintain social media channels, including content creation, posting schedules, community engagement, and campaign execution.Support website updates, content management, design enhancements, and ongoing digital marketing initiatives.Design marketing collateral including flyers, programs, newsletters, presentations, signage, branded materials, and other print and digital assets.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop cross-platform marketing campaigns that drive engagement and strengthen brand awareness.Write, edit, proofread, and distribute recurring communications and newsletters while ensuring brand consistency across all channels.Organize and manage digital media assets, including photography, video libraries, and marketing resources.Support event marketing initiatives, including registration materials, promotional campaigns, and multimedia coverage.Assist with additional marketing, communications, and community support projects in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Hourly rate: $30–$35
