Wellness Outreach & Intake Specialist

Endeavors seeks an Intake Coordinator/Outreach Specialist in Detroit to support CBP Workforce Wellness. You will screen eligibility, build community partnerships, and guide participants to services across wellness, case management and related resources. Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), strong customer service, and 1+ years in case management with 2–3 years in outreach, marketing, or events.
