Job Description

Project Manager - Restoration

At Uniplex Construction , we're looking for more than a skilled Project Manager. We're looking for someone who shares our values.

We're a close-knit team with exceptionally low turnover because we've built a company around integrity, hard work, accountability, and genuine respect for people. We believe great projects start with great relationships, and we're intentional about hiring people who fit our culture as much as our qualifications.

If you're the kind of person who takes ownership, communicates well, solves problems, and cares deeply about clients and teammates, we'd love to talk.

About the Role

As our Restoration Project Manager , you'll oversee insurance restoration projects from first call to final completion. You'll be responsible for estimating, scheduling, client communication, budget management, and coordinating field teams and trade partners to deliver exceptional results.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, building strong relationships, and bringing order to complex projects.

What You'll Do

• Prepare estimates for insurance restoration and reconstruction projects
• Meet with clients, gather project information, and develop scopes of work
• Manage projects from initial inspection through final completion
• Create and maintain project schedules
• Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Track budgets, billing, and change orders
• Communicate regularly with clients, insurance carriers, and team members
• Ensure projects stay on schedule, on budget, and aligned with company quality standards
• Conduct site visits and provide proactive problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of construction, restoration, or project management experience
• Experience estimating and managing construction projects
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to read plans and understand construction scopes
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
• Experience with Xactimate is a plus
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who:

• Leads with integrity
• Takes ownership and follows through
• Builds trust with clients and coworkers
• Communicates clearly and professionally
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Is highly organized and detail-oriented
• Wants to be part of a team, not just collect a paycheck

Why Uniplex?

Because culture matters. We've built a company where people genuinely enjoy working together, support one another, and take pride in what they do. We're not interested in hiring someone who's only looking for their next job. We're looking for someone who wants to help build something great alongside a team that values character, commitment, and craftsmanship.

If you're looking for a place where your work matters, your voice is heard, and your teammates feel more like family than coworkers, we'd love to hear from you.

Benefits:

• Competitive wages
• 100% employer paid premiums for Medical and Dental
• Vision and Life insurance plans
• 401k with 3% company contribution
• PTO, sick time, and holidays
