Experiential Event Producer

About the Opportunity Nayamode is seeking an experienced Experiential Event Producer / Project Manager to support a global technology client's cultural marketing initiatives, brand activations, and experiential events. This role will focus on bringing innovative, culturally relevant brand experiences to life through strategic partnerships, live events, interactive activations, and digital content amplification. Unlike traditional corporate events or trade shows, these experiences are designed to engage creators, entrepreneurs, and broader audiences through compelling programming and immersive brand experiences. The ideal candidate combines strong event production and project management expertise with creative thinking, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proactive, hands-on approach to execution. Key Responsibilities Event Production & Project Management Lead day-to-day execution and coordination of experiential marketing initiatives, cultural events, and brand activations. Manage timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and production workflows across approximately two major events per quarter. Coordinate event programming, interactive experiences, and supporting digital content initiatives. Work with external event partners, production teams, and agencies to ensure seamless execution. Anticipate challenges, resolve roadblocks, and proactively drive projects forward. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communications Serve as a central coordination point across internal brand, marketing, social media, communications, and creative teams. Develop internal briefs and presentations outlining event objectives, programming, activation plans, and amplification opportunities. Coordinate with channel teams to support social media, creator partnerships, earned media, and digital content amplification. Track stakeholder commitments, follow up on outstanding deliverables, and ensure alignment across teams. Support communication and coordination with external event and cultural partners. Creative & Experiential Marketing Support Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to bring creative event concepts and interactive experiences to life. Contribute ideas and recommendations to enhance audience engagement and overall event experiences. Help coordinate the production of content surrounding live events, including social, video, podcast, and other digital formats. Ensure experiences and supporting content align with brand objectives and resonate with target audiences. Qualifications Required Demonstrated experience in experiential marketing, event production, brand activations, or integrated marketing programs. Strong project management skills, including coordinating complex initiatives with multiple internal and external stakeholders. Experience producing creative, audience-focused events or brand experiences beyond traditional conferences and trade shows. Understanding of integrated marketing channels, including social media, creator marketing, digital content, and earned media. Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and proactively move projects forward. Confidence navigating ambiguity, following up with stakeholders, and holding teams accountable to deadlines. Collaborative mindset with the ability to contribute creative ideas while remaining focused on execution. Preferred Experience supporting experiential marketing initiatives for major technology, entertainment, media, lifestyle, or consumer brands. Background working with third-party cultural events, festivals, conferences, or creative partnerships. Experience coordinating live experiences that generate ongoing social and digital content. Familiarity with large enterprise marketing organizations and cross-functional approval processes. Previous experience working with Microsoft or other major technology companies. What Success Looks Like Complex, multi-day events and activations are executed smoothly, on schedule, and with strong cross-functional coordination. Internal stakeholders and external partners have clear expectations, deadlines, and deliverables. Live experiences are effectively connected to broader digital content and marketing amplification efforts. Potential roadblocks are identified and resolved proactively. Marketing leadership can focus on strategy, partnerships, and business impact while confidently relying on the producer to manage execution.
