Key Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, work plans, and resource allocation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and project teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Oversee project financials, including budgets, cost tracking, pay applications, change orders, cash flow, and subcontractor invoices.
• Review project documents, contracts, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance and identify potential risks or issues.
• Lead project communication with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address schedule, budget, quality, and operational challenges.
• Manage subcontractor buyouts, procurement activities, contract administration, and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company safety standards, project requirements, and regulatory obligations.
• Oversee project closeout activities, including punch lists, warranties, final documentation, and client turnover.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in construction estimating or a related commercial construction role.
• Experience preparing estimates for commercial construction projects valued at $5 million or more.
• Ability to read, interpret, and analyze construction drawings, specifications, and bid documents.
• Proficiency with estimating software, spreadsheets, and other construction-related technology tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with project teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
