Salesforce QA Tester (Sales Cloud & CTI)Salesforce QA Tester (Sales Cloud & CTI)Technical Skills3+ years of QA experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.Hands-on experience testing CTI integrationsFamiliarity with Salesforce declarative features and data model.Experience with QA Automation tools is a plus.Certifications (Preferred)Salesforce Administrator or Sales Cloud Consultant.Roles & ResponsibilitiesTesting & Quality AssuranceDevelop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce Sales Cloud features and CTI integrations.Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.Validate workflows, automation, and security settings within Salesforce.Test CTI functionality including call routing, screen pops, and softphone integration.Defect ManagementIdentify, document, and track defects using tools like Jira or similar.Collaborate with developers and admins to resolve issues promptly.Business Process ValidationEnsure Salesforce configurations align with business requirements.Validate data integrity and system performance post-deployment.Documentation & ReportingMaintain detailed test documentation and provide regular QA status reports.Create and update test cases for new features and enhancements.
