Flexible schedule Leadership opportunities to gain real-world management experience Weekly tip out Competitive pay ranging from $10 to $15 per hour Employee discounts Earned Paid Time Off Requirements and Responsibilities: Consistency and Reliability Cheerful and Positive Attitude Values Teamwork Loves Serving and Helping Others Must be able to move quickly to serve customers in an efficient manner Keep supplies well-stocked and maintain service equipment throughout shift, notifying a manager of any issues Maintain a clean work environment Prepare lines for service Prepare food orders Maintain strict adherence to quality control standards Process food and beverage deliveries for storage/use Perform assigned duties as needed We ask you to: Smile Create and Maintain Eye Contact with customers Honor and encourage others to follow the visions and values of the restaurant Ability to multitask quickly, yet thoroughly Have the ability to communicate effectively Be at least 16 years of age Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule Have the ability to lift and carry 10-55 lbs. Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Applicants will also be expected to be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time and lift potentially heavy objects when necessary.
