Job Description

We are a premier Authorized Retailer for Total Wireless (Total by Verizon) in El Paso. We pride ourselves on keeping our community connected with the best networks and devices at affordable prices. We are looking for high-energy, tech-savvy individuals who love helping people to join our growing team.

The Role

As a Wireless Sales Representative, you are the face of our store. You will help customers navigate plans, phones, and accessories to find the perfect solution for their needs. This isn't just about selling phones; it’s about solving problems and building relationships.

What You Will Do:

Consultative Sales: Listen to customer needs and recommend the best Total Wireless plans, smartphones, and accessories.

Customer Service: Troubleshoot basic device issues, assist with account payments, and handle activations with patience and a smile.

Store Operations: Maintain store cleanliness, manage inventory, and ensure displays are fully stocked and current.

Outreach: Participate in marketing efforts to drive traffic to the store (social media, flyers, or local events).

What We Are Looking For:

Bilingual Preferred: Fluency in English and Spanish is highly desired.

Experience: Previous retail or sales experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right personality!

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable learning new software and staying up-to-date on the latest Android and Apple devices.

Drive: Self-motivated with a desire to earn commission and hit sales goals.

Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and some holidays.
