What You'll Do

As an Assembly Operator, you'll work as part of a production team manufacturing high-volume, precision components for industrial and automotive applications.

This is more than basic assembly. You'll be trained to operate and monitor automated and semi-automated equipment, perform quality checks, recognize process concerns, and help keep production running safely and efficiently.

Your Responsibilities will include:

• Operate automated and semi-automated production equipment
• Assemble precision products according to established work instructions
• Load, unload, and monitor equipment throughout the production process
• Inspect components and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Learn to operate production testing and inspection equipment
• Accurately record production testing and inspection equipment
• Rotate between workstations within the production cell
• Recognize equipment, process, or quality concerns and communicate them to the appropriate team member
• Follow established safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work with teammates and technical support personnel to solve problems and keep production moving

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills
• Manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred
• Previous automated equipment experience is helpful

Technical training, vocational education, manufacturing certifications, or college coursework may qualify candidates for additional technical opportunities.
