NOW HIRING: Engagement Director

Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and oversee a comprehensive activities program that meets the physical, mental, and social needs of residents

• Lead and coordinate daily activities, events, and special programs

• Encourage and maximize resident participation and engagement

• Supervise and support activity staff and volunteers

• Prepare and manage materials, supplies, and activity schedules

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure activities are well-coordinated and safe

• Maintain accurate documentation of resident participation and program effectiveness

• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and community standards
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in activities programming, preferably in a senior living or healthcare setting

• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred

• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

• Strong creativity and ability to design engaging programs

• Genuine passion for working with seniors

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

• Physical ability to assist in setting up and conducting activities
