Job Details:

• Schedule: Rotating shifts, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor; Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification from an approved vendor; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) experience preferred; 1 year of experience preferred
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in neonatal intensive care is highly desirable
• Additional Information: The role involves collecting relevant patient data, analyzing assessments, developing and implementing care plans, coordinating team efforts, and providing patient and family education. Candidates must adhere to organizational vaccination requirements and participate in discharge planning to ensure continuum of care.
