Marketing & Social Media Coordinator Location: Dubuque, IA Job Type: Full-Time Monday- Friday $21 - $25 / hour A well-established Dubuque organization is seeking a creative and organized Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to help tell the company’s story through engaging digital content. This position will manage day-to-day social media activities while assisting with photography, video, website updates, graphic design, and marketing projects. The ideal candidate is a strong visual storyteller who enjoys social media, photography, videography, writing, and creating content that connects people with a company's work. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain social media accounts, primarily Facebook and Instagram Develop and maintain a content calendar Create social media posts, stories, reels, and short-form videos Photograph and capture video of projects, properties, employees, and events Write social media captions and basic website/blog content Create simple graphics and marketing materials Assist with website content updates Support marketing campaigns, projects, events, and company initiatives Monitor social media engagement and basic analytics Work with various departments to identify content opportunities Assist with marketing projects and campaigns Qualifications Experience managing social media platforms, particularly Facebook and Instagram Strong photography and visual storytelling skills Experience with videography and video editing Strong writing and communication skills Basic graphic design skills Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar programs Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Comfortable working with people and capturing content in a variety of settings Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team Benefits Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Contribution Life Insurance Paid Time Off #J-18808-Ljbffr
