Responsibilities Assist with customer and community outreach initiatives. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner. Engage with customers and prospective customers during outreach activities. Communicate information about products, services, and promotional opportunities. Identify customer needs and help provide appropriate information or solutions. Support lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives. Participate in promotional events and community activities. Build and maintain positive professional relationships. Assist with organizing promotional materials and outreach resources. Maintain organized records of outreach and customer interactions. Gather customer feedback and communicate relevant information to team members. Collaborate with team members to achieve communication and business goals. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required.
