Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented team member to support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will help ensure inventory is received, stored, picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, safety-minded, and enjoys working collaboratively to keep operations running smoothly. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments according to company procedures Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and care Load and unload trucks, pallets, and other deliveries using proper safety practices Store inventory in designated locations and maintain organized stock areas Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies as needed Operate warehouse equipment when trained and authorized, such as pallet jacks or forklifts Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment Follow all workplace safety guidelines and quality standards Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to support daily priorities Qualifications Previous warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, or material handling experience is preferred Ability to lift, move, and carry items as required by the role Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks Basic reading, writing, and communication skills Comfortable following instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team Preferred Skills Experience with inventory management systems or handheld scanners Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification if required Prior experience with shipping and receiving processes What We Offer Opportunity to build experience in warehouse and logistics operations Supportive team environment focused on safety and collaboration Hands-on training and opportunities to grow your skills Work Environment This position is based in a warehouse setting and may require standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
