COTA - Full Time

Our client is hiring a licensed Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to work under the supervision and direction of an Occupational Therapist while helping patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities develop, recover, and improve the skills they need for everyday life. Minimum Requirements:

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
• Active Tennessee state license or ability to obtain state certification prior to start.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in skilled nursing, short-term care, or transitional care preferred.
• Experience with EMRs such as Net Health and MatrixCare preferred.
• Ability to meet productivity expectations (approximately 90% productivity; average caseload about 10 patients per day for COTA).
• Demonstrated professional communication and ability to collaborate within a small, tight-knit therapy team.
