With just nine Reformers per class , we've built our studio around thoughtful instruction, genuine relationships, and creating a place where women feel comfortable, challenged, and supported. We're looking for a certified Reformer Pilates instructor to become a consistent part of our growing team. We're looking for a certified Reformer Pilates instructor to become a consistent part of our growing team. Primary Teaching Need: Sundays + Early Mornings Our biggest current need is a dependable instructor who can help with Sunday classes and early weekday mornings . Early Morning Classes Our weekday morning schedule begins at: 6:00 AM 7:15 AM 8:30 AM 9:45 AM Our strongest need is currently within the earlier morning classes , particularly the 6:00 AM and 7:15 AM time slots . We're looking for someone who enjoys becoming part of clients' weekly routines and wants the opportunity to build a consistent group of regulars. Sunday Classes Our current Sunday schedule is: 3:00 PM 4:15 PM Potential 5:30 PM class as client demand allows Sunday availability is one of our primary hiring needs, and there is potential for the Sunday schedule to expand as demand grows. Depending on the instructor we hire, experience, availability, studio demand, and coordination with our primary instructor, specific recurring teaching times may be adjusted or reorganized to create the strongest and most sustainable long‑term schedule for both instructors and the studio. Full Pilates Vault Class Schedule Our current recurring class schedule is: Monday–Friday Mornings 6:00 AM 7:15 AM 8:30 AM 9:45 AM Monday–Friday Evenings 4:30 PM 5:45 PM 7:00 PM Saturday 8:00 AM 9:15 AM 10:30 AM Sunday 3:00 PM 4:15 PM Potential 5:30 PM class based on client demand You would not be expected to teach all of these classes. This schedule is provided so prospective instructors can see the full range of teaching and coverage opportunities available at The Vault. Our regular teaching schedule may occasionally be adjusted based on client demand and in coordination with our primary instructor. The studio also does observe major holidays - upon hiring you will receive the full holiday closure schedule. Opportunity for Additional Classes For the right instructor, Sundays and early mornings can become the foundation of a larger role at The Pilates Vault. As our schedule grows, additional recurring classes may become available based on your availability and the needs of the studio. You will also have opportunities to pick up additional paid classes when another instructor is sick, traveling, on vacation, or otherwise unavailable. Coverage opportunities may include: Additional weekday mornings Weekday evenings Saturday mornings Additional Sunday classes Newly added classes as the studio schedule expands Additional coverage is based on your availability and is highly appreciated, but not required unless it becomes part of your agreed recurring schedule. Pilates Vault Academy Training Labs We are also developing our in-house instructor training pipeline through The Pilates Vault Academy . There may be opportunities for additional paid hours assisting with instructor training labs, including Mid-Week afternoons, Friday afternoons, and Saturday afternoons . These hours may include: Mentoring developing instructors Reformer technique Cueing and communication Class programming and structure Observation Practice teaching Supervised teaching Previous experience mentoring or training instructors is valuable and preferred, but it is not required for the teaching position. What We’re Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Certified in Reformer Pilates CPR certified Warm, confident, and encouraging Dependable and consistent Comfortable teaching early mornings Available for Sunday afternoon classes Comfortable teaching and modifying movement for different experience levels Highly attentive to form, safety, and individual clients Excited to build relationships with a small community of women Comfortable working independently while being part of a close studio team Above all, we’re looking for someone who wants to become a consistent, familiar presence inside the studio rather than simply picking up an occasional class. Why The Pilates Vault? The Vault isn't a large fitness floor or a room where clients disappear into the crowd. There are only nine women in each class . That means you'll learn names, recognize progress, give meaningful corrections, celebrate milestones, and build genuine relationships with the people you teach. We want our instructors to bring their own warmth, energy, personality, and teaching style into the room while maintaining a consistent standard of safe, thoughtful Reformer instruction . We're also intentionally building a team where instructors support one another. Reliable coverage, sustainable schedules, good communication, and creating a healthy environment for both our instructors and our members matter to us.
