Field Service Technician

Pay or shift range: $68,000 USD to $78,000 USD The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. What you'll get to do: Use your problem-solving skills to conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on dish machines, dosing equipment and systems. Communicate with existing customers to resolve any issues and provide solutions that best meet their needs. Conduct service visits and demonstrate safe equipment use to our customers, while restocking them with our products. Negotiate service agreement renewals and price increases, as well as upselling and cross selling products. Provide on call emergency service in rotation with other coworkers every 8-12 weeks. Requirements: Have a valid driver's license for at least 3 years. Have a mechanical inclination. Must be able to lift and move up to 70lbs.
