Insurance Sales Representative

The Jason Griswold State Farm Agency is seeking a licensed Insurance Sales Representative with a strong sales background and a drive to maximize earnings. This role is ideal for someone with prior insurance agency experience who is motivated by results, commissions, and long-term career growth.

What You'll Do:

• Drive new business through outbound calls, referrals, and cross-selling
• Build and maintain client relationships within the agency book
• Identify coverage needs and close sales efficiently
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals

What We're Looking For:

• Active Property & Casualty license preferred - Required if hired
• Prior experience in an insurance agency environment strongly preferred
• Proven sales track record with a focus on results and revenue growth
• Highly motivated by commissions and performance-based income
• Strong communication, closing, and relationship-building skills
