We are currently open and developing first class gaming venues in Rochester, Hampton, and Littleton.As a Cage Cashier, you'll safeguard company assets, handle cash and chips accurately, and ensure all transactions meet regulatory and company standards. You'll deliver friendly, efficient service to guests while maintaining strict confidentiality.Your responsibilities include:Balancing assigned bank drawers and maintaining accurate recordsExchanging chips, cash, and vouchers for guests in a timely, courteous mannerProcessing jackpots, table fills, credits, and credit card/EFTPOS advancesMaintaining custody of coin, currency, checks, and all cage transaction recordsAssisting with clearing and resetting HHR machinesEnsuring compliance with Title 31, including preparing CTRs and MTLsSupporting other cashiers and assisting the Cage Shift Manager as neededPerforming all vault functions and balancing chip bank inventoryWhat you'll bring to the role:High school diploma or equivalentPrevious gaming or banking experience preferredStrong customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExcellent attention to detail and accuracyWe require:Ability to obtain and maintain a Gaming licenseMust be able to work in a noisy, smoky environment with some exposure to temperature extremesPhysical ability to lift up to 10 lbs and perform repetitive cash handling tasksMust be able to stand for long periods and work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
