Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Overview We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. As a Behavior Technician, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with autism. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors. Responsibilities Work one-on-one with children with autism to implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance. Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills. Monitor and document progress, adjusting strategies as needed to meet individual goals. Collaborate with team members to support client success and welfare. Ensure a supportive, safe, and engaging environment during sessions. Qualifications 18+ years of age High school diploma or GED Passionate about helping children with autism Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification and a Tuberculosis test (within the last year if applicable) Ability to pass a pre-employment background check Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, kneel, etc.) and lift/carry up to 50 pounds Candidates must obtain a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification after onboarding Pay Pay Range: $18 - $25 per hour.
