Acute Care Physical Therapist I

As an Acute Care Physical Therapist I, you provide evaluation and treatment for hospitalized patients to restore function, reduce disability, and support safe discharge. Working in an inpatient rehab setting, you assess mobility and functional needs, create individualized treatment plans, deliver therapeutic exercises and activities, educate patients and families, and document care. You collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and may supervise PT assistants and rehab aides as allowed by state practice rules.
