This remote position allows our LCSWs to work comfortably from their home environment while being fully integrated into our Hospice Center’s team. We utilize telehealth platforms and virtual communication tools to ensure our clinicians can effectively connect with clients and colleagues. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to address those needs.

• Implement evidence-based interventions aimed at promoting client well-being, including psychotherapy and therapeutic coping strategies.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records, ensuring compliance with confidentiality and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary treatment team, providing holistic care that encompasses all aspects of a client's well-being.

• Educate and support clients and their families by offering resources, guidance, and advocacy in navigating mental health challenges.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid LCSW license in the state of Illinois.

Compensation and Benefits\n
