Qualifications: Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with clients Experience in Troubleshooting and resolving client issues in a timely manner Ability to provide friendly customer support and solutions-driven service Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and use customer support tools and platforms Prior experience in the travel industry or related roles is an advantage but not required.
