Join Our Team

We are seeking a dependable LPN Supervisor who can provide confident clinical support, oversee resident care, and guide the care team.

• Supervise and support caregivers and medication staff during the overnight shift as assigned.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with authorized orders, applicable law, and community procedures.
• Monitor resident health status and respond appropriately to changes in condition.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of care, medication administration, incidents, and clinical concerns.
• Communicate with families, providers, pharmacies, emergency services, and community leadership as needed.
What We're Looking For
• Current, unrestricted LPN license in the state of employment.
• Strong clinical assessment, medication administration, leadership, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work the designated overnight schedule, including weekends and holidays as assigned.
Preferred Experience
• Assisted living, memory care, longterm care, skilled nursing, or supervisory experience preferred.
Physical & Work Requirements
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, reach, stoop, and perform the physical functions of the position for extended periods as needed.
