Why You’ll Love This Opportunity Hybrid schedule available after training Join a financially strong, globally recognized company Supportive team environment with established processes Opportunity to gain exposure to broader accounting functions Stable position with long-term growth potential What You’ll Do In this role, you’ll play an important part in the company’s accounting operations by: Process a high volume of Accounts Receivable invoices, handling hundreds of invoices daily Submit invoices through customer billing portals and ensure timely processing Manage multiple billing requirements, workflows, and customer-specific processes Process pricing adjustments and customer credits as needed Apply customer payments and enter cash receipts accurately Assist with account reconciliations and balance sheet support Follow up on outstanding customer balances and assist with collections activities Maintain accurate records and support daily accounting operations What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or general accounting experience. Comfort working within an ERP system or learning new software Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented mindset #J-18808-Ljbffr
