As a Retail Sales Associate, you'll represent nationally recognized telecommunications brands inside leading retail stores. You'll connect with customers, answer questions about products and services, and recommend solutions that fit their needs all while developing valuable communication and leadership skills.

Daily Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Build rapport by learning about each customer's needs and preferences.
• Present wireless, internet, and entertainment products with confidence.
• Explain current promotions, pricing, and available service options.
• Complete sales transactions accurately and professionally.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve daily and weekly goals.
• Attend ongoing training sessions to expand your product knowledge and career development.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
• Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Availability: Full-time schedule, including weekends as needed.
• Work Setting: In-person inside retail partner locations.

Compensation

Hourly Pay: $15.92-$30.00 per hour , based on experience and performance.

In addition to hourly pay, employees are eligible to earn commissions based on individual sales performance . Employees are guaranteed at least their hourly wages for all hours worked, including applicable overtime. When commission earnings exceed hourly wages during the applicable pay period, employees receive the higher commission amount in accordance with applicable law.

Top-performing team members frequently earn $800-$2,000 per week . Actual earnings vary based on performance and are not guaranteed.
