Our culture is built on three pillars: Our Actions - What we do daily to build connections and demonstrate competence Our Opportunities - How we exceed expectations and develop our skills Our Culture - The shared values that sustain relationships and reinforce excellence The Role: Parking Manager Location: Roswell, GeorgiaSchedule: 40 hours each week, variable schedule (WEEKENDS REQUIRED)Pay: Pay rate depends on experience What You Will Do General oversight of self-parking and enforcement operations in downtown Roswell including surface lot, street, and garage locations Lead a team of enforcement and parking attendants with a focus on operational and customer service excellence while fostering a productive, cooperative, and inclusive working environment to maximize morale, productivity, and efficiency/effectiveness Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with clients and team members Create and maintain staff schedules Conduct interviews and hire associates as needed Attend weekly meetings as needed Complete daily activity reports, weekly revenue reports and deposits Immediate response to reports of accidents, incidents or safety concerns. Conduct coaching, counseling and terminations when appropriate, and ensure accountability in meeting performance expectations. Training team members in customer service, safety, and inclusion Monitor assigned areas to ensure compliance with parking regulations Issue parking citations for violations Educate violators on parking rules and enforcement procedures Address and resolve parking-related disputes and complaints Accurately record violations using handheld devices and digital images Compile and submit daily activity reports Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and effective manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures to achieve overall objectives General Maintenance duties as needed We are not just parking cars - we are driving the guest experience.
