Job Title: Cleanroom Production Operator Job Overview

• Join a team specializing in high-quality plastic and injection molding solutions
• Focus on advanced processes such as 2-Shot and liquid silicone molding

• Operate injection molding machines efficiently
• Package and label finished products accurately
• Perform cycle counting and track production output
• Conduct visual inspection and assembly of parts
• Ensure products meet quality standards and are defect-free
• Follow route sheets and work instructions for compliance
• Remove parts from machines during gate-tended operations
• Maintain cleanliness of machines and work areas
• Record and track production data including scrap counts

• Experience in production or general labor roles
• Ability to operate machinery in a manufacturing setting
• Basic mechanical skills (preferably in automotive or similar roles)
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Basic math skills for counting and measurements
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods (8 hours)
• Capability to lift up to 30 lbs

• Experience with SmartSheet and IQMS systems
• Prior manufacturing or production experience
• Previous cleanroom experience (highly desirable)
• Willingness to travel between two work locations

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ellington, CT.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
