Job Details Specialty: ICU / Critical Care Employment Type: Travel Nurse Shift: 12-hour nights, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Hours per Week: 36 Shifts per Week: 3 Duration: 13 weeks Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,130 - $2,250 Start Date: 09/28/2026 End Date: 12/26/2026 Openings: 5 Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma 74136 Setting: Critical Care Float Pool / CICU Specialty Unit Job Requirements Active Registered Nurse license in Oklahoma or a valid multi-state RN license BLS and ACLS certification required NIHSS certification preferred Epic experience required At least 1 year of recent ICU , critical care , or related acute care experience preferred Strong understanding of disease state management, clinical pathways, and the biopsychosocial model Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills Ability to remain detail-oriented when reviewing clinical and numerical data Completion of an accredited nursing program Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care using the nursing process Provide safe, high-quality care for assigned patients in a critical care environment Individualize plans of care based on patient needs, age, and psychosocial factors Prioritize nursing interventions and respond effectively to changing patient conditions Document assessments, interventions, outcomes, and care plans accurately and thoroughly Communicate clearly with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary care team Support patient education, discharge planning, and timely referrals as appropriate Contribute to unit quality improvement, education, and mandatory training activities Complete variance reports and follow established clinical policies and procedures Demonstrate sound clinical judgment and professionalism in a complex care setting Why Apply?
