About the Position

We are seeking dedicated Obstetrics and Gynecology Physicians to join our team. This position is designed to dramatically improve patient safety and satisfaction by ensuring every pregnant woman presenting to the hospital receives expert care from an experienced physician, every time.

Locations: Opportunities are available in Fleming Island, Fort Myers, Fort Pierce, Jacksonville, Miami, Miramar Beach, Orange Park, Pensacola, Plant City, Safety Harbor, South Miami,

St. Augustine and Trinity, Florida.

Position Highlights:

• Compensation: $300,000 – $340,000 annual salary plus full benefits package
• Schedule: Full-time hospitalist position with the ability to create your own schedule
• Typically 7-9, 24-hour shifts per month (21 days off monthly)
• No on-call responsibilities or office management

Requirements:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Florida License or able to obtain
• Ability to manage obstetric emergencies and provide comprehensive inpatient OB/GYN care
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills
• Commitment to clinical excellence and continuous improvement
