Program Support Specialist

Schedule: Monday-Thursday some work from home flexibility, Fridays remote Salary: $44,000-$47,000 annually Benefits: We offer generous PTO, dental and vision insurance, medical insurance, a 401K plan and other benefits. Position Summary: We are looking for a Program Support Specialist to support the day-to-day administrative operation of our K–12 programs. The Program Support Specialist plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our K–12 programs by providing administrative support, managing calendars, maintaining accurate data, and assisting with program logistics. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and highly organized, anticipating program needs and taking initiative to support an efficient and effective team. Key Responsibilities Assist with all aspects of program operations and recordkeeping, including admissions, academic progress, and program documentation. Assist with managing department-wide academic calendars, reminders, timelines, and schedules. Maintain and ensure the accuracy of student records within the CRM. Support the team with administrative tasks, projects, and other responsibilities as needed. Assist with planning and coordinating student events, holiday preparations, supplies, and transportation to and from events and the office. Provide cross-program support by assisting with tasks and initiatives as needed.
