Travel MRI Technologist

The Travel MRI Technologist is responsible for providing timely imaging services to both inpatients and outpatients under the direction of a Radiologist and departmental protocols. The role includes the ability to change imaging parameters to study soft tissue, the arterial system, brain, spine, joints, and extremities, with or without the use of contrast media.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI exams with accuracy and efficiency.
• Adjust imaging parameters to optimize study results.
• Assist in ensuring patient safety and comfort during procedures.
• Collaborate with Radiologists and other team members to ensure high-quality imaging services.
• Document procedures and maintain accurate patient records.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• ARRT (MR) certification required.
• BLS certification required.
• 1+ years of recent MRI experience preferred.
• Graduation from an accredited AMA school is preferred but not required.
• State License as a general radiographer is preferred.

Schedule

This position operates Monday through Friday from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM.
