Clinical Specialist, Pain Interventions - Bozeman / Missoula / Helena, MT

Medtronic seeks a Clinical Specialist to support neuromodulation pain intervention therapies across Montana. The role involves surgical coverage, patient education, device programming, and clinical troubleshooting for spinal cord stimulation and targeted drug delivery systems in a field-based position.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical device support and programming during surgical procedures and follow-up appointments
• Educate physicians, hospital staff, and patients on product features and therapeutic benefits
• Manage clinical inventory, track product usage, and ensure compliance with expiration protocols
• Troubleshoot device-related issues and respond to customer and patient inquiries
• Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and office staff across assigned territory

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED with 6+ years clinical or medical sales experience
• Associate's degree with 4+ years clinical or medical sales experience
• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years clinical or medical sales experience
• Experience with implantable neurological devices and patient care
• Experience in sterile environments and specialty clinical areas
• Proficiency with Excel, mobile devices, tablets, and clinical documentation systems
