Compliance Manager

Job Description
JCW Group is partnering with a regional bank on a search for a Compliance Manager to lead their Compliance Department and help manage regulatory risk across federal/state banking regulations.
\n \nJob Responsibilities:
\n- \n
- Own and evolve the bank's comprehensive compliance program \n
- Track regulatory changes and translate them into policy updates \n
- Serve as the compliance voice to senior management and the Board \n
- Lead self-testing, audits, and exam prep/response \n
- Manage a team including Compliance Specialists and an HMDA Specialist \n
Job Requirements:
\n- \n
- 5+ years of related compliance experience \n
- B.S./B.A. in a related field (or equivalent) \n
- Strong working knowledge of banking regulations and the ability to interpret regulatory/legal documents \n
- Certified Regulatory and Compliance Professional (CRCM) preferred \n
- Proven people-management and cross-functional leadership skills \n
