Position Summary

As a Licensed Clinical Staff/Therapist, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals and families on their journey to recovery and stability. You’ll use your expertise to provide evidence-based therapeutic services tailored to each client’s unique needs, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their goals. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals and families.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs and goals.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress.
  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive, person-centered care.
  • Stay informed on best practices and emerging trends in behavioral health to enhance the quality of services provided.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Licensure : Must hold a valid clinical license in your field of practice.
  • Experience : At least 1 year of experience in providing therapeutic services.
  • Strong understanding of evidence-based practices in behavioral health and a commitment to delivering person-centered care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining accurate documentation.
