Media Traffic Associate

Broadcast Traffic Associate at BTPM provides administrative, scheduling, and data entry support for digital insertions, underwriting, and promotional announcements across all BTPM platforms. The role assists with execution of traffic logs, digital sponsorship placements, contract fulfillment, and reporting while ensuring deadlines and broadcast standards are met. This position can be hybrid – a blend of remote and in‑office work. Responsibilities Schedule digital sponsor interstitials on all platforms as required (including outdoor pedestal, Triton and web) Verify the performance of interstitials Maintain accurate sponsorship and scheduling records within traffic systems Perform routine quality‑control reviews of digital sponsorship placements and fulfillment Generate routine reports and documentation as assigned Maintain accurate digital and broadcast traffic records Act as the backup person for all broadcast logs, both audio and video Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or studies in media, broadcasting, or related field preferred Minimum of one year of administrative support, scheduling, data‑entry, media operations, or related experience preferred Familiarity with broadcast traffic operations and software a plus Willingness to learn and apply FCC regulations and best practices Deadline‑oriented; organized and able to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks with attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency with computer programs including Microsoft Office Authorized to work in the U.S. Salary and Benefits This is a part‑time, non‑exempt hourly position. Hours of work typically Monday through Friday 1:00 pm–5:00 pm. Starting pay will be based on education, experience and interview. Starting range: $16 to $20 /hr.
