Retail Sales Associate

Cubbon Retail Associates is hiring Retail Sales Associates to deliver outstanding customer experiences and drive retail sales through genuine product expertise. You'll connect with customers, understand what they need, and match them with the right solutions.

What you'll be doing

• Learn and uncover customers' needs by building rapport and asking the right questions.
• Recommend product and service solutions tailored to each customer.
• Close sales using strong communication skills to fulfil customer needs.
• Build your skills through hands-on training in merchandising and inventory management.
• Reach out to customers through outbound calls and texts.
• Take part in community engagement and off-site events.

What we're looking for

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of relevant experience, shown through work and/or military experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, scheduled about four weeks in advance.
• Flexibility to pick up additional shifts during peak seasons.

Even better if you have

• Experience in a commission-based sales environment.
• Strong customer communication and problem-solving skills.
• A background in customer service.

Pay & benefits

• $16.00–$21.00 per hour base, plus up to $18,000 in annual commission. Top performers earn $65,000–$75,500+ per year.

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
