Accounts Receivable Specialist

We're partnering with a rapidly growing industry leader in the automotive parts space seeking an AR professional who enjoys solving complex problems, digging into reconciliations, and helping bring order to a fast-paced environment. What you'll do:

• Manage customer accounts and aging reports
• Perform detailed AR reconciliations and research discrepancies
• Resolve billing issues, missing invoices, and outstanding balances
• Support collections efforts and customer communication
• Partner with Sales, Operations, and Accounting to resolve account issues
• Help improve AR processes and procedures

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
• Strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in larger, complex organizations
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

This isn't a maintenance role! You'll be joining a team that's actively rebuilding and improving the AR function under strong leadership.
