Requirements
- Must have completed a program of education in nursing from an NLN approved institution.
- Must be licensed in good standing in the state as a Registered Professional Nurse.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Preferred one year experience in a healthcare setting as a Registered Nurse.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver patient care through the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Direct and coordinate nursing care for patients based on nursing practice standards.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide quality and efficient patient care, aiming for optimal patient outcomes.
- Serve as a resource person in clinical situations as required.
- Apply age-specific considerations and cultural diversity in patient care.
- Supervise unit secretaries and patient care technicians in collaboration with the charge nurse.

Compliance / Notes
- All travelers are required to show proof of completed COVID vaccinations.
- The first week of orientation will not guarantee hours, as it starts on a Tuesday.
