Lab Technician

Prepare and scale product batches to support development projects. Assist with formulation work, including fragrance and color evaluations. Conduct and document product testing, including pH, viscosity, specific gravity, and penetration assessments. Manage retained samples and maintain accurate laboratory records. Process raw-material information, gather pricing, and update internal tracking systems. Coordinate sample submissions for regulatory and compliance review. Support daily lab operations, including receiving materials, organizing shipments, and maintaining inventory records. Help coordinate product samples and related logistics as needed. Qualifications 0–2 years of relevant laboratory, product-development, or technical experience. Science-related educational background or equivalent hands‑on experience. Interest in personal care, cosmetics, consumer products, or a related field. Strong attention to detail and ability to keep accurate documentation.
