Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

About the Opportunity

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing ABA team in Philadelphia. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced clinicians as well as newly certified BCBAs looking to grow their clinical skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans
• Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze client progress data
• Create strategies to teach appropriate behaviors and reduce maladaptive behaviors
• Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians
• Ensure treatment plans are client-centered and aligned with family goals
• Provide parent/caregiver training and ongoing support
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and clinical oversight to team members
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism preferred
• Newly certified BCBAs are welcome to apply
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred but not required
