Lead CT/X-Ray Technologist

Lead CT/X-Ray Technologist responsible for overseeing daily imaging operations and ensuring diagnostic quality, safety, and patient care in a patient-focused department. Balances hands-on clinical work with leadership responsibilities to support team effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support radiologic and CT technologists within the imaging department
• Perform and oversee diagnostic imaging procedures, including CT and general radiography
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, safety protocols, and quality assurance measures
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and healthcare staff to deliver accurate and timely imaging results
• Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment; coordinate preventive maintenance and service as needed
• Develop and train staff, providing mentorship to team members
• Monitor workflow and scheduling to optimize department efficiency
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and policy development

Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
• Current ARRT certification (R and CT)
• Valid Arizona state license or eligibility for licensure
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in diagnostic imaging, including CT and X-ray modalities

Preferred Skills:
