Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Using the Pick Ticket, pick order correctly checking style, size, quantity, and team according to customer order requirements
• Notify supervisor of any stock errors or garment issues, regarding quality or style specifications, for example wrong or missing patches, goods located in wrong area
• Cut down empty boxes when working in the forward pick area and taking them to the closest gaylord container available
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager

Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to work standing for extended periods of time
• Must be able to work a production shift with overtime as necessary (i.e.: flexible hrs)
• Must be able to produce work in an incentive base system and maintain an 85% performance rating.
• Work independently
• Good attendance record
• Knowledgeable in the use of RF (Radio Frequency) Hand-Held scanning equipment
• Work well with others
• Take direction (changing jobs throughout the day)
